This piece is born from the encounter between Bruno Humberto and Sara Orsi, from the dialogue and confrontation between their residency’s themes – Intangible and False, respectively.
The imprint on a surface is a fake documentation of the event. The net made of urgencies, present in a given time, it’s impossible to be fully archived. The tendency towards the intangible act is constant in the arts practitioner’s actions, those who walk towards a poetic horizon. Because the discourse can’t be fully expressed only through words. The discourse, has we learn before, is a construction that arises from the systems of power; and the documentation of a certain event, later accessible in the bank of images, is fake in relation to the performance that took place. This is therefore the game between these moments, in between lost shots. This is the game of the «rooster» or a Bingo where the intangible, through repetition, builds the tangible, and where the fake searches a possible truth within its discourses. But also, perhaps it might be nothing, only a man that falls from a tree, another one that asks to be shoot, one that masturbates underneath an empty gallery’s floor or other that doesn’t make any comments with his mouth full of cake. Perhaps a no-event, a crack, or a opening in the centre of the understanding.
